Airport Hotel - South Porcupine

The historic Airport Hotel, a landmark of South Porcupine, was built in 1936 on the shores of Porcupine Lake. Originally, the building was a flight school which was later purchased and turned into a Hotel to accommodate hunting parties and prospectors. It offered guests a place to rest and a good meal on their travels.

A number of guest rooms are still available today, but The Airport Hotel is best known for its elegant meals in a charming setting and its personal service by Elva , Alphonse and her staff.
